Spirituality lifestyle
During the epidemic, all citizens were subjected to strict quarantine measures. All of my colleagues and friends left Cluj to be with their loved ones, but I couldn't and wasn't permitted because all of the flights had been canceled. As a result, I had to stay at home alone from morning till night. This was a challenging and painful era for me. However, it was the most beneficial to my learning and development. I learnt to appreciate my time by myself, engage in different hobbies, invest in my abilities, and connect with my inner strength by nurturing my spirit and body. This period allowed me to mature, see things from other angles, and develop a strong interest in spirituality. I began to practice several spiritual activities that changed my life. Such as:
Mindfulness Meditation: intense awareness of what you are feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Achieving a higher level of concentration, depth, relaxation of the body and mind that helps us reduce negative thoughts and stress.
Manifestation: Based on the Law of Attraction, it is the ability to attract things into our reality through energetic attraction. It is practiced by writing, saying and reading what you want to attract repetitively. This practice throughout the day is said to strengthen the intention and signal the universe to translate the wish into reality.
Positive affirmations: Simple and positive statements that help challenge negative thoughts, self-doubt and fear. Their purpose is to promote positive self-talk, boost self-confidence, and increase well-being. For example: "I am worthy of love", "My body is beautiful", "I am grateful for my life", "I deserve to be happy".
Breathing techniques: Slow and deep inhalation through the nose, holding the breath for a few seconds in the chest and long exhalation through the mouth. Repeating this simple focused breathing practice can help reduce stress and anxiety and improve mental health.
Acts of kindness: I learned that smart people are kind. Those who clearly understand the principle of universe karma cannot be evil. For any thought, energy or behavior you put out, it will come back to you. Moreover, acts of kindness can be quite simple. However, their effect is very strong on both the one who makes them and the one who receives them. I made sure to spread kindness every time and every day in creative and humble ways. Like: calling my best friends and telling them I love them, tipping the taxi driver, giving compliments to random people, donating some goods...
