Mental health support group

It helps you to realize that you are not alone, to find your "voice", to relate to others (and yourself.) in healthier, more adaptive and more functional ways. Individuals share their stories, experiences and lives in a way that helps to reduce isolation, loneliness and receive  support and safety. Different groups tackle different themes; anxiety, depression, distress, abuse, relationships, trauma, loneliness, addiction...

Psychological counseling

Improving well-being, stress management, increasing the ability to function better in life, improving communication skills, increasing self-confidence and decision-making skills. In addition, it helps in better management of  emotions, personal growth and also in solving career and work problems.

LGBTQ+ support groups

Psychological and social support group for LGBTQ+ people. Frequent exposure to stereotypes, prejudices, discrimination and stigmatization leads to increased levels of psychological stress and low quality of life. The group creates a safe zone to share personal and negative experiences with other members. This has a positive impact on all members because they feel included, understood, loved and accepted unconditionally.

Sexology

It helps individuals and couples address medical, psychological, personal or interpersonal factors that influence sexual satisfaction. These include sexual dysfunctions such as premature ejaculation or delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, lack of sexual interest or arousal, and painful sex.

Guided mindfulness meditation
